Black roof Priority has been in the construction trades since 1992 as a sub-contractor for many of the largest home builders in Rochester, MN, and surrounding areas. In 2005, when the housing market began to slow, the staff knew it was time to take a different direction and restructure the business. This is when we decided that acquiring our general contractors' license was going to be our key to success. After receiving our general contractors' license, we specialized in new construction, home remodels, and pole buildings. In 2008 we started to get involved with storm damage restoration projects — assisting homeowners in an already stressful time. Since 2008, we have acquired our general contractors' license in 3 states and have maintained an "A+" rating with the BBB. Since then we have restored hundreds of homes to pre-storm condition. With over 100 years of combined knowledge, our staff of experienced sales reps, production managers, and office personnel strive to ensure the restoration process is as worry-free and painless for the homeowner as possible. If your home has experienced hail or wind damage, we are the area experts to call on for a fast and accurate inspection of the damage. We have built our business on reliability, great service, execution and value. Our knowledge and experience in the construction industry is what makes Priority the right contractor for the job. We are EPA lead certified, which qualifies us as lead paint renovators. By law all contractors must have this to work on any home older than 1978.

These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor.
