Nick, who was running it, gave a lot of samples—more than probably most had given me—to be able to make the right choice by color for the roof, and he was very receptive to texts and phone calls and always able to respond in a correct way, which made the process a lot easier. He also walked me through an email as far as the insurance process so I wouldn't be confused.

Nick was an exceptional professional. He was patient, responsive, and guided us through the entire roof replacement process from start to finish. Since this was our first time replacing a roof, I was particularly grateful for his expertise and guidance. He also collaborated with our insurance company to secure a higher amount than our insurance adjuster managed to obtain, allowing us to have the ceiling in our kitchen repainted after a minor leak.
