The shingles look great. The roofer said they are outstanding. They were put on in the 2nd week in November, and I was worried about them not gripping down, but they have done wonderfully; they are both strong and flexible.

Mary Beth and Carey were extremely thorough. We had 4 separate bids and theirs was by far the most comprehensive and honest.

I wouldn’t refer them to anyone who owns a house and doesn’t want water leaking into their bedroom, bathroom and downstairs living room.

Our roof was damaged in a hailstorm. I tried calling a couple of roofing companies, but no one would answer or call me back. I found Premiere Exteriors through the Home Advisor website. They were one of three companies that contacted me, and had people come to my home. I chose Premiere Exteriors because of their communication, professionalism, and dedication in getting our situation taken care of. We had Corning shingles on our home previously, and we wanted Corning again. The color selection and quality is top notch.

When I first signed up with the company, it was last August. The roof and chimney are still not fixed. I am having a hard time getting hold of my contact at the company. He will not return my calls about when the work will be completed. I would like to receive a call ASAP from the company about completing the work, and they can ask for a customer satisfaction survey after the work is done.

Marybeth was super responsive and answered all of my questions. The crew was polite and got the whole project done in a day.

Premiere Exteriors - MN is a professional contractor. they are responsive and run great installation crews. The were done in one day and we have a complex roof with a couple of hip roofs and an attached porch and garage. They were great to work with and are customer focused.
