The representatives seemed to be thoroughly informed regarding any and all questions I asked of him, and he did not leave until he felt that I was satisfied with what he was proposing for me. the gentleman who did the work were courteous, and the manager who came during the time of installation was also very courteous and he gave me an opportunity to ask any questions at the time if I had any.

Our sales rep, Rick, was an outstanding rep for the company. This is the second home they've done for us and pricing is phenomenal.
