Paul Davis Restoration was great to work with. We were traveling during most of the work that had to be done, and it was done correctly without a problem. Pamela Perez was the gem of Paul Davis Restoration.
My experience was very good, and it went very well. They kept me informed of everything that was going on. Since I am out of state, they helped me to see what was going on. They provided pictures, emails, and they kept in contact. Jeremy was very upfront and on top of the situation for me. Also, when I needed to provide information to my insurance company, I had to call them back, and they had the pictures and all the information, so I could forward it to the insurance company at the very end.
The work done by Terrence Glover and his crew was done with great care and efficiency. I am very pleased with the outcome of the repairs done to my home. I would recommend him to my friends and family and neighbors. I would also recommend Mr. Jeff Yelvington for his help with my insurance company on my behalf.
The employees who did the repair work were great and did a good job. However, we later received an email from the Accounting Department saying we owed money. When we asked for a bill, we were provided instead with a copy of the initial "estimate" . This "estimate" was totally inaccurate, in that 90% of the work listed was NEVER performed (nor required.) A bill listing the work actually done and materials used was never provided.
If possible I would give no stars. Worst company ever. The one girl in the office was more interested in flirting with my insurance adjuster than my home. They put in fans heaters, etc. Yet didn't do it properly and caused the mold to spread throughout the house. What started out being 3 1/2 rooms ended up being almost the whole house. When I asked for a copy of what was being sent to my insurance co, you would have thought I asked for their first born. It didn't take long to figure out why. I was charged for spraying to kill the mold that wasn't done. I was in the house the whole time and have a grandson with down syndrome and I have asthma, so I am very cautious. Nothing was sprayed. When I asked as to why they were charging me for something I know they didn't do I was told by the women that prepared the bills that they said they did it. She further told me that it was already sent to my insurance company and they had paid it so get over it. I did report to my insurance company. This is one of the reasons insurance is so high. Due to false charges. I told citizens I would never let them back in my house again. Worse company ever. Seems as though they make up their own rules as they go. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I WAS OUT OF MY HOUSE FOR MONTHS DUE TO THEM NOT DOING THEIR JOB CORRECTLY. MOVED BACK HOME AFTER EVERYTHING WAS TORN OUT BY ANOTHER COMPANY AND HAD TO LIVE WITHOUT ALOT UNTIL REPAIRS WERE COMPLETED.
Job took forever. Most everything had to be redone (Incorrect the first time)
I had absolutely no trouble with Paul Davis Restoration. They were here when they said they would be here. They did excellent work. The men that worked here for Paul Davis Restoration were nice and very polite.
Pam, the project manager, was outstanding in meeting all of my needs. She was always available and always satisfied my questions.
The director of this job was Pam and she did a marvelous job of seeing that everything went smoothly. I really appreciate it!

If it hadn't been for the wrong carpet I would say 4 on all of them, but I can't give them a 4 because of that.
The foreman at PDR are second to none. I would highly recommend them.
I'm not satisfied at all. There's still not things. They haven't finished things from the first one. They were going redo to my screens, my stucco, and mudhouse. I hear from them, and they don't do it. I just want my work done.
My repair was bounced around from person to person. After weeks with no contact from chris. The project was given to another person woman I can not recall the name. Then I was told after a month it was given to Stephen. No one could seem to get there stuff together long enough to give me a straight answer on my project and its timeline. My porch was removed and left with hanging pieces for months with exposed nails. My home was sold prior to getting this porch repaired and then months later, I have been asked to sign off saying the project has been completed. I have no proof or knowledge of this and made sure to tell Stephen that I was selling the home so anything that needed to be signed was to be done BEFORE I sold the home, he was aware of the date and even asked chris if I needed to sign anything. Nothing was given to me, therefore I sold my home. My project was start end of July of 2018 and was "finished " almost a year later. If I need to sign something I would like some sort of compensation for having to put up with this company and the lack of responsibility taken upon your part.Cindi Sims

My wife and I were very pleased with Paul Davis Restoration - The Space Coast. They got everything done sooner than they thought they would and their employees were competent and polite. Overall, the company as a whole was great.
