This was pretty easy and went really well. It was done in about a half day. I was impress with by the clean up. The only debris I found were 2 shingles parts hidden in some bushes and a nail that must have fallen from the sky light they replaced. The initial inspection was pretty much was expected (they didn't point issues that weren't there, try to get a sale on the spot as some other companies I talked to did). Price was very reasonable.

They were very nice and professional, showed up on time. Very quick installation.

Excellent communication with the owner Jake throughout the entire process. Job was completed in a timely manner, we are quite satisfied with the outcome.

We're really pleased with the work Paragon Exteriors did. They completed our tear off in only a day, which was incredibly impressive. Really hardworking crew. Despite it being dark when they finished, they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Considering everything they removed, I only found a few stray nails the next day. I felt the pricing was very fair considering the size of our roof. They also completed some trim work for us (gutters/fascia) and that also looks great. More importantly, water is being directed away from our home as it should. Finally, Jake always responded to e-mails before and after the job and was quick to answer the phone when I had questions the day the work was being completed. If you're in the market for a new roof, I highly recommend giving him the opportunity to provide a quote. Paragon provides great value for your investment.

The crew was great. They showed up a day early with my permission. They had a small fleet who were outstanding to work with. When it came time to clean up the job site, all 10 were out there picking up nails. I have nothing but positive things to say about them! I would highly recommend them to anybody! The pricing was extremely fair, and the quality was very good. The length of time to complete was outstanding.
