Tom Pancoast, the owner, actually came to my house and explained not only his quote which was very professional, but all the aspects of the work, and answered any questions we had. Really, his presentation and his obvious passion for getting a job done well and right really sold me on why Pancoast. His price was very competitive for what they do. I was very impressed overall with the professionalism of every part of the team!

Additional Comments - To say that a stucco remediation job is very daunting for a homeowner is an understatement. We searched over a year for a contractor that was the right fit for us. We had 9 different companies out to look at our home and even from our initial consultation with Tom Pancoast we knew we had found the right one. We could tell immediately that he cared about the quality of the materials used, the building methodology, as well as the fact that his name and his family are attached to his work. He was the only one that approached our remediation as an opportunity to do something completely different (and beautiful!) with our home. We could not be happier with Pancoast and are looking forward to working with them for several years to come.

No guesswork, crew was always on time, professional, courteous, never sitting around idle - they work hard and the results are absolutely amazing.
