It was a great value and they are very professional, attentive to all our needs. There were some minor issues done to the roof, they addressed them quickly, but there was some damage to the siding of on the roof.

I had wanted to update our windows for years. Am happy to say I was not disappointed. Love my new windows. Only complaint is our cats cannot sit in the sills. Small price since they have run of entire house.

Otto's did a great job on my roof. The initial appointment where everything was explained was excellent. We also added some very nice gutter guards that we are happy with. The workmen were sensitive to my requests to protect my gardens and keep everything clean. I still find an occasional nail but it is nothing compared to what some of my neighbors have had to deal with in this hail damaged neighborhood. I highly recommend Otto's.

Paul Otto was personable and easy to talk with regarding our project. The bid he gave was fairly detailed, easy to understand, and competitive with the other bids we solicited. He was able to begin our project a week early which was good timing for us. The crew worked hard 10-12 hours the first day and 6 or 7 the next. The quality of materials seemed good according to the diff. information we were able to find and read. They put tarps on the bushes and ground to catch debris and did a pretty fair job cleaning up the site of old roofing material etc. The one area they did poorly on was cleaning the yard of roofing nails. Paul Otto sent two men out to re-search the area with the rolling magnet. They found many more that weren't found when they did their finish sweep. I also found many more using the rolling magnet going further out into the yard. This was the one aspect of the project they did poorly on.

Otto's Exteriors did a great job at a great price. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to have James Hardie siding installed on they home

I think it's important to note that Paul doesn't request a deposit on work to be performed, just full payment at the conclusion. The crew arrived punctually and finished the roof in one day, though it was a 12 hour day, hot too. Otto's was the lowest priced of 3 quotes I received on this project. I do not feel like I sacrificed anything by going with the lower bid.

From the initial contact with Mr. Paul Otto through the final inspection/walkthrough at job completion I received nothing but total satisfaction. The different crew segments beginning with initial tearoff then placing all components (placing underlayment,laying shingles especially pleased me as I am a stickler for nailing placement) to a man each man proved devoted to excellent results. Drip edge placement was very meticulous. Valleys precisely cut in which means no leak potential adding to great confidence as a homeowner!!!! Mr Otto's next crew placed eve cladding as well as aerated soffet material done exactly as I had wished. Antonio placed these materials as professionally and neatly even in the cutting as well as cleanup portion. Next the gutter crew led by Primo(sp?) and his brother(sorry,forgot) placed the bright white gutters and downspouts in a perfectly seamless appearance. Many compliments already from neighbors as well as others visiting . The service we received was so very special in todays trade market ...unsurpassed!!! Most important result: my wife is super pleased and satisfied and was very impressed with the courteous manners and proper results.
