I have had them back out four times to correct their work. There are cracked lines between the grout lines and the tile they laid. They haven't fixed it, and they have every excuse. They put two different colors of grout in two rooms. The worker was professional and courteous, but the office staff needs some major improvement.

I would recommend the girls who did the packing. They did a great job. The guys that were there were not good and caused damage. The girls who did the cleaning and packing did a great job. The guys other than Brian did not do a good job. Brian did a great job.
