This is the fourth significant project that NCD&P has completed at our home in the last 15 years. I am very impressed with their professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. No shortcuts, construction plans are thoughtful and well developed and the communication with the team is superb. I make it a practice to bid every job that I contract for and NCD&P has always represented the best value.

From the design through quote, scheduling and execution, NCD&P was easy to work with and they did what they said they were going to do. We had one issue during construction. The crew acknowledged my concern and addressed it. Nobody is perfect. The mark of a good contractor is how they handle the situation when there is a problem or concern. The crew did a great job, they finished everything in a week and the jobsite was always cleaned up before they left for the day. The deck is structurally much stronger than the one it replaced.
