NRG Pros DBA Barratt Construction exceeded my expectations from the first onsite meeting/inspection through contract handling, depth of industry expertise, quality of work, communication during the engagement, and customer-service follow-up. They made safety recommendations and educated my family about the process of getting a new roof so we could plan accordingly. We just got some beautiful sail shades installed to provide shade over our interior courtyard, and NRG Pros DBA Barratt Construction kindly assisted us in taking down the sail shades and then reinstalling them after the job so they wouldn't be damaged. I also appreciated that the project manager found a non-working attic fan and gave me the opportunity to work with him to get a new one installed which will utlimately save me money on my electric bill.
