We had Morreall and Company do a complete tear off and replacement. During the inital meeting Nick was very thorough & explained the process from start to finish. Nick was readily available via text or phone for any follow-up questions that we had. We had gotten several quotes and we felt that Morreall was the best value for the money. We checked out reviews and BBB and Morreall came out on top! Nick & the crew showed up on time & prepped the area moving anything that may be damaged and got right to work. It was a 2 day job & when they finished you would never have known they were here. All debris & nails were removed. The crew were completely respectful & professional. Nick came back a few days after the job to inspect the work & run the big magnet in the grass to pick up any stray nails.
I can't say enough about Nick & his crew. His pricing was fair & he worked with us when it turned out we needed way more lumbar than we thought. He was able to give us pictures from start to finish and his communication was great. We really liked that he wasn't pushy and we felt like he really appreciated us as a customer. I'm a first time homeowner and this roof replacement was the first time I had to make an insurance claim. We had some roof damage on a ~25 year old roof from a giant tree limb falling on it. Nick went above and beyond answering questions I had regarding the roof, rights I had vs what my insurance was telling me, and even went to bat for me, going back and forth repeatedly with the insurance company to get them to put as much of the work into the claim as possible. He was excellent at explaining steps in the entire process and was a fantastic resource throughout. The new roof looks great, I'm even more thrilled about the replacement gutters we got, and I feel like my house is better off now than it was before the tree fell on it. Thank you Nick and team!
