I am very happy with my experience using Mighty Dog Roofing to replace the roof on my rental property. The owner (Yao Cheung) was very easy to communicate with (Yao quickly answered all my questions and kept my updated on the work schedule). The work was scheduled and completed on-time. Since this was an older home, Yao took care to remove multiple layers of old roofing material and replace damaged plywood. He also corrected an airflow problem by extending the length of the ridge vents. I am grateful to Yao for proactively correcting these problems and installing a new roof.
