Mighty Dog Roofing was disorganzied, and they did not deliver what was intended or listed in the quote. They said they were going to cover all of the trees and clean and pick up everything, but I ended up picking things up and brushing everything clean. They had two people there. One came and got injured and had to get rushed to the emergency room. We were already three days into the project. They removed/replaced the roof, but they then had to cut the soffits. Cutting the soffits took an additional crew that he couldn't find. It was a mess. I worked my entire weekend while I was supposed to get other things done like buying paint, et cetera. I instead watched the roofers and the soffit guys put things in play. It was a mess, and I was very pissed off. I paid the money since I signed the contract, but I really should not have.

Mighty Dog Roofing's communication is sound. They communicated well during the process. They sent me pictures of the progress. Overall, the experience was good.

Amar and the team did an exceptional job on my huge roofing project and accomplished it at a very reasonable cost. They replaced the roof, installed new plywood, replaced skylights, rebuilt decorative rakes/facia, fixed the venting/chimneys, and installed new gutters, They were extremely knowledgeable and patient answering questions and dealing with issues. I would highly recommend him and the Mighty Dog North Boston team.

We have never had such an efficient, effective, and enjoyable experience on a major house project as working with Might Dog Roofing. From initial contact to project completion, Might Dog Roofing was exceptionally responsive, provided different options to address our substantial roof leak issues, patiently educated us on all steps of a roof replacement, provided demo materials to really understand the process, gave us the time/space to make the best decision for our circumstances, and immediately sprang into action and completed the work as soon as feasible after we had finalized our decision. The team operated like a high performance pit crew, and our whole roof replacement was completed in a single day--amazing! We also received real time updates throughout the day of the project, and the final results are beautiful.

I highly recommend working with Amar from Mighty Dog Roofing. I was in a bad spot with a leaky roof and nervous to take on an entire re-roofing project, however, Amar did a great job of making sure I was comfortable with the process in every way. I thought it might be too good to be true as the price was very fair and the work was going to be done so quickly (one day) - but here I am telling you about it now. Mighty Dog's pricing was competitive. They were able to start the job a week before the original estimated start date. The work crew was top notch. They showed up and started right in with very little communication needed amongst themselves. Each knew exactly what they were going to do and worked very well as a team.
