Overall we did not have a great experience working with Melvin. Everything they did took a minimum of a week, come out to assess the cost of repairs 1 week, submit estimate to insurance - 1 week, reach out after claim was approved 1 week, start work 2 weeks, finish work 6 weeks (still not done). Through this whole process communication was extremely poor. I found my self always being the one trying to reach out to them to get updates, they would never communicate to me.
