Jessica was my project manager. She was very professional, and stayed in contact with me constantly about the process. They were very thorough, and I would definitely use them in the future.

We love how thorough they were in repairing the flooring in our kitchen and laundry room. It makes our house feel like a home again, and not just some construction site.

They are great to work with. We are please with the outcome of the service provided and the customer care. Any questions or concerns we had about the process or just general questions they toom the time to answer.

MRC Construction was my saving grace in the most tragic event of my life. They rebuilt a brand new house for me that I have just moved into, and I have had nothing but a positive experience. The very minor things that I have needed they have accommodated by sending out contractors immediately. Doug is a very kind man who felt like an angel when I first met him because he was not only empathetic but understanding, professional, and he stuck by me through many insurance mishaps and faulty insurance agents (I went through 3 agents in the course of the construction of the new house, so it made things difficult for MRC but they maintained professionalism and trust). Doug guided me through every detail of my house and stuck completely to my budget as requested, which shows his integrity and honesty. His office team is pleasant and Heather has always been very kind and responsive at all times to me, and helpful.I just have nothing but good things to say. I would go with MRC any day. They did not come back to check while the work was being done.

The company when they started the project was disorganized and I don't think the person that was overseeing the project was prepared or competent in what he was doing.

I very much appreciate the workmanship and detailed explanation to all my questions. I did write a review on line and believe the personnel who assisted our family was James and James Jr...I could be wrong about the names as I have memory issues.

It was a pleasure to work with Doug and his team. They were responsive to everything we needed and completed the job before the estimated completion date, even in the midst of a pandemic.

MRC Construction Co. itself was not the problem. I had an issue with the work that the subcontractors did, but not the people. I would suggest MRC switch up the subcontractors that they hire. The subcontractor's work was not the greatest.

I dealt with Paul Davis Construction before and quality of their work was superb, and I did not have to supervise constantly. With MRC...I already have carpet fraying and have other things to fix (crooked hung curtain rod, scratches on the walls,..).
