The whole experience with M&Y was good. Gino explained the process and answered many questions. Hiscrew was wonderful.....they really worked hard. I loved the drone pictures of the process and think ourroof & skylights look great.

His crew completed the work on our house and garage in 2 days, working late in to the evening to get the job done on time. They were fast but detail oriented. The roof looks great. I was impressed with M&Y Remodeling the instant I met Gino. He was very prompt in answering phone calls, scheduling the visit for an estimate and providing us with an estimate. The estimate we received was the most comprehensive. It included many photos of our roof and detailed the work to be done, the material used and cost. The price quoted was the most reasonable out of all the quotes we received from other contractors.The roofing crew was polite and very hardworking. They were very systematic with their installation and clean-up. The job foreman addressed my concerns immediately and came back on the third day himself to finish up the job.

M&Y was very knowledgeable and professional from the initial inspection and detailed proposal through the completion of the installation and follow-up after the installation. They explained the compete process of the roofing replacement, the protection of our property and the disposal of all debris. They provided photographs of the work from start to finish verifying the material and labor installation. They also reviewed in detail the OC product and labor warranties.

When I contacted Gino about some minor questions and concerns about the siding aspect of our project he met with me in person that night to address and document everything then had someone come out to make the necessary adjustments.
