I have recommended Left Coast to many neighbors...

I do have a disagreement going on with them. One of the installers caused an electrical problem. One of the guys ran a drop cord to use a microwave in his truck. It blew my plug and breaker. I had to pay out-of-pocket for the repairs. I have sent Chuck emails about this issue.

We are very pleased with the job Left Coast Exteriors did and our new roof is beautiful! The neighbors think we have the nicest looking roof in the neighborhood! We were gone while they put it on and when we got home there wasn't a single issue and not one piece of the old roof anywhere to be found! Excellent job!

It was winter time, and they completed the job in two days. They worked hard all day. My husband works from home, and he said the crew as exceptional, and the quality was excellent.

Materials and debris were left at our home all over the yard. We found many nails, staples, ware bottles and caps all around. We have young children who could have been seriously injured while out playing. Even with a few calls to have them cleaned up, we were still finding debris for weeks. One man, who came for final inspection, had the audacity to tell my wife that cleaning up after the job was demeaning work and not this problems. This was extremely unprofessional, not to mention completely disrespectful. Right now, I would never recommend your company to anyone based on this experience.The roof is done well enough. However, the customer service regarding the promised, thorough cleanup is disappointing.

I cannot say enough good things about Left Coast Exteriors. They were very organized, very professional and very helpful. Despite the year-long delay in the execution of the work caused by the pandemic, the people at Left Coast kept in touch, kept me in the schedule, and answered all my questions fully. Everyone I dealt with was extremely polite and friendly. In addition, the price was quite reasonable, given the size of the house and the scope of the work.But the real heroes of this story were the crew. Since both the garage and the house were being reroofed, Colton, the person in charge of services, scheduled 7 days for the work to be done. Three roofers arrived at 7:30am and started working at 8:00am sharp on Monday, the first day. They worked until 1:00pm. They left for their lunch break and returned around 2:30. Then they continued to work until 7:00pm. To be clear, they worked 9.5 hours. Each day thereafter, they arrived at 7:45am, started work at 8:00am, took their lunch at 1:00pm, and continued to work from 2:30 to between 6:30 and 7:00pm. By that Thursday lunchtime, the roofs were done on both the house and the garage; this despite the fact that the garage has a steeply pitched hip roof and is, without a doubt, both difficult and dangerous to work on. That's three and a half days from start to finish!! Not only was the work impeccable, but both my house and my neighbors' houses were immaculate! The roofers didn't need to clean much up at the end of the job, because they cleaned up everything as they went along. I haven't found a single nail, shingle, or board in my bushes or anywhere else on my property. These guys were terrific! They were obviously a very experienced and cohesive crew. My Dad was a general contractor, so I know something about job sites and how they generally operate. In addition, this is the third time I have had a house reroofed. Unlike my past experiences with roofing companies and their employees, the folks at Left Coast Exteriors, from the initial sales pitch to the completion of the job, treated both me and my home with great respect. None of my questions or concerns were dismissed, however minor they may have seemed. Everyone, from the owner to the service people to the gentlemen who reroofed the house, made me feel like a valued customer. If you need your roof replaced, I strongly suggest you call these guys. They really know what they're doing!!
