The Kustom US team went above and beyond. They cleaned my items and preserved vintage items. Some of my family heirlooms made it because of their conscientiousness.

First off, I will say that the company has been decent, polite and courteous, work was completed in a fair and timely manner.My experience with this claim has not been. The communication between AAA and Kustoms was lacking, more due to AAA than Kustoms. Lack of sitting down and going over the work to be completed and costs involved was our major issue and due to miss-communication we have been left with a major debt. We understood that a contract for all cost of repairs had been made between AAA and Kustoms when in reality only durable goods, not labor, were covered. We foolishly helped choose lower cost items and savings on work to be done. This was to the benefit of Kustoms and not us as we expected savings to be taken into account of any required payment. It was taken into account, on their side of the balance sheet and clearly stated by project manager – “The company makes money this way”. A lesson to us to clarify all costs before allowing any work to be started.Overall, the house is complete again. But we do caution others contracting with Kustoms and their insurance to clarify exactly who is responsible for each cost and if customer works towards any savings remember it could be in their favor and not yours if you are responsible for much of the cost as we ended up.

Once the job was completed, the workers were very professional, and we were satisfied with the job.

They had one worker that we particularly were very fond of. He did the greatest job ever. His name is Steve Kiss, and he went above and beyond. Every time there was a glitch or problem, he solved it. He would work in the pouring rain.

In the beginning there was attention to detail. But when the work order was signed, everyone seemed to disappear.

They were just very courteous and very understanding with everything that was going on.

Employees are courteous and professional when they actually come. The young man Ian that replaced my paneling did an excellent job. However, there is work that has not been completed and I have waited four (4) months for a simple carpet installation and a replacement of an inside door.
