I feel like Jeff is knowledgeable, responsive, easy to work with and would feel comfortable recommending him... I'd likely point out that he may or may not be on the higher-end from a cost perspective (based on my limited knowledge and one competitive quote that I did get from another regional installer with comperable materials, which was about 25% less) but I also understand the saying "you get what you pay for" and was willing to pay extra to get someone that I felt I could trust and know that he will be response to service-after-the-sale.
