I basically put plastic on our skylight roof for years, and I should've dealt with it earlier. Starway Roof Systems came, and they had a solution to fix it. I wish I had done it years earlier. They also fixed the slope on the gutter, that when it rains hard we would have water running down. They sloped the gutter for the water to run properly. Not only that, but they fixed the problem more than just putting shingles on the roof.

This company has been 4star to work with from day 1. Inspection to consultation, presentation of alternative solutions to final choice, scheduling of work to be completed to completion of that work, all over a three-week period without pressure to make a decision, and all handled professionally, efficiently and in a friendly and accommodating manner. They said what they could do, then what they would do based upon our decision, then did what they said, period. Excellent.

The entire process was smooth, professional, up front, and friendly. I especially liked the photo documentation, from the annotated inspection photos to the progress of my roof replacement. I'm also glad to be rid of that old, inefficient attic fan in favor of a much better vent.
