I called Adam on a rainy day, and he came right over to check it out. Found the issue, and tried to patch it the best he could while it was raining. He came back the next day when it dried up, and worked on the area again. That dedication to go above and beyond what he needed to do is the reason I chose J Alexander Roofing to install a new roof.

JAlexander roofing did a nice job of installing the new roof. Communication with them is not so good and a timely response should not be expected. The crew that put the roof on did a very good job and there were only a few nails we found on the ground after they left.
