I would absolutely recommend Installers Now to friends. With so many houses in our neighborhood suffering hail damage, I have spoken to various friends who have had negative experiences with their roofing contractors. I only have positive things to say about our experience from beginning to end.

I very much appreciated how forthright Ben was when going through our insurance claims and evaluating what was critical to replace versus other things the insurance covered that did not necessarily need to be replaced (a flat roof section, for instance, that had a couple dents near the edge of the rubber but was otherwise undamaged and was not going to leak). It's clear that he is not chasing after money but wants to have his costumers satisfied with quality work.

Ben communicated throughout the process, working with me, checking in to verify all the details, and working with our insurance to help the claim run smoothly. He was on site at the beginning of the project and at various points throughout. It is clear that he has worked with his crews for a long time, and there is a lot of trust in them and the quality of their work. When Ben was not on site, his crew did an excellent job communicating with me if I had any questions.

At one point, Ben stopped by before the gutter crew showed up, and I was dealing with a flat tire on my car. (I'd run over a screw, most likely from various construction projects going on around our neighborhood.) Ben very kindly offered his help and repaired the tire for me! He probably save me a hundred bucks and the headache of bringing it in.

I cannot speak more highly of our experience working with Installers Now.
