Excellent craftmanship on the roof and gutters as well as a very responsible team to project issues

Meh. This place is ok, but I’m sure you can find more professional options

1. Improper Scheduling: The gutters were installed before the soffits and trim work. When I noticed this, I immediately contacted your office, questioning the order of operations, as it was evident that the gutters would interfere with the subsequent installations.
2. Project Delays: The roofing project was delayed because it commenced without the extra insulation I had paid for. This error required the removal of the newly installed shingles to add the insulation, further delaying the project.
3. Work on Holidays: Due to these delays, the wrapping crew had to work on Easter Sunday, which indicates poor project management and planning.
4. Lack of Communication: During the project, I was not shown any evidence of the plywood damage that was reportedly found, which I was billed for.
5. Cleanup Issues: The area around my house was not adequately cleaned post-project, leading to ongoing safety concerns with nails and debris left behind.

Work was ok nothing amazing.

All steps were explained very well. Clean up was great.

I have already mentioned this company to people I know looking for roof work
