They responded very quickly and they did an amazing job. They were right here as soon as I called. They were here an hour or two after I called, to clean up my flood. They stayed and worked on it for days, from early until late. They were great.

My first thought after seeing my water problem was, "What are we going to do"? My wife said to call our Grandson,who used to work for Idaho Fire and Flood. He said, "no worries...just call Idaho Fire and Flood and they will take charge". Of course, I had to call my Insurance, State Farm. The State Farm Rep advised IFFR were great to work with and there should be no problems in getting the damage taken care of. The three of usworked as a team and all damage was corrected to my approval.My only exception was that it took a little longer than anticipated. However, it was worth it!!!!!Leon Lish. .

A lot of frustration with the process, communication was poor and workmanship was substandard in many respects. It took several iterations to do the work. Very poor communication. Even our insurance company got involved. Still not able to get things to move any faster. Still have multiple issues.

Great Job. From the beginning with the mitigation thru restoration the work quality was excellent. I can recommend this Company for any Mitigation and Restoration job.

Idaho Fire and Flood did a great job for us, I highly recommend this company. Fire happened October 31. Despite winter conditions, remote location, and Covid 19 they got the job done promptly, efficiently, and professionally. Great communication, very professional, very reliable. I worked with several folks at IFF, every one of them was great. Thank you all!

The first team of cleaners did a good job but it went downhill fast after that. They tore up the kitchen causing further damage, when it was not necessary to do so. The asbestos team was the worst! Tearing down walls without asbestos and destroying the bathroom.

ID Fire and Flood helped us out of a situation. When our other contractor did only mitigation work, then stopped contacting us for repair, ID Fire and Flood stepped in, got our work started and completed, as promised, quickly and to our complete satisfaction. They were wonderful to work with and kept in constant contact with us throughout the process. I would highly recommend them for any work and trust them completely.

Our experience of "human error" does not seem to cover the experience. We have been without a full kitchen for 2 months part of the issue is insurance and the other part was the missed testing performed by this company. The one plus would be that they did fix the issue once another company identified the 'human error'.

Idaho Fire and Flood Restoration were very responsive. They came up in the middle of the winter, so we had to snowmobile them in. I took them in the first few times, and then they brought their snowmobiles. They allowed us to purchase our own carpet and tile. We were able to have our carpet installed ourselves. They were able to save our old cabinets and were able to take that amount off of the original quote. They were great to work with and were responsive to our calls. For having a bad experience of having a pipe break, it turned into a great experience regarding the restoration.

Horrible experience. We are still trying to get the hail damage repairs from April 2018 wrapped up. We have had various project managers who promise and fail to deliver when promised. They hire crappy contractors that don’t even know the required laws for the project they are doing (siding contractor didn’t put up the barrier between the wood and siding) and are disrespectful and don’t clean up after themselves. We have dogs so we would schedule and pay for boarding the day they were expected to come then they would never show up and didn’t even call so we were out the boarding costs. So frustrating. I would never use them again and would not recommend them.

The team was fantastic - made us feel important and thoroughly explained the process — great communicators and professional in every way. Put us at ease throughout the whole ordeal. We can’t thank Cliff and his whole team enough!!
