We just were not very happy by the fact that we felt like we had to double check everything that was being done because of it not being done correctly. We also are not happy with the trash that was left behind by workers that we had to clean up the fact that I had to let you know that they left a bunch of stuff outside, roofing material, after they were done working. Not happy that when they came back to get said material, but they left the gigantic pallet that we had to deal with. Not happy with the number of nails that we are still finding. Incredibly not happy that they texted me on Labor Day, a holiday, saying that they could come the very next day to do the insulation. When I said that we were pushing it out because we had the electrician coming to do a little more work and it was only getting pushed about a week I get threatened that you were going to come and collect for what was already completed. Collect what? I’m not sure because we financed everything. Also not happy that we still have material in our garage that they used for the baffles when they were doing the insulation. The reason why none of this was brought up on Saturday is because honestly we’re just happy that it is done and over with finally. Not a project that I ever want to have to go through again. The workers and the mess that they had left and the quite frankly half assed job that was done prior to us checking everything makes us not happy. Had my husband not been so particular about the drip edges we feel like the gutters would have gone up without the drip edges being corrected. One of the workers left behind a notebook with a list in it of tools he needed, meaning your company sends workers to job sites without having all the proper tools. Also not very happy with how the gable vents were not properly closed off the first time which could have impacted our warranty on the shingles had we not noticed because of it being improper ventilation. We spent a lot of money on everything, and to have to double check work that was done, I feel sorry for customers who might not have as much knowledge as my husband has. There really isn’t anything that can be fixed now. We addressed issues as they happened. We are just not satisfied with how the entire process went and I’m sorry I would not recommend the company.

We were told that the gutter guards were not completed and someone would be back to complete it. We found out there were two sections that were not completed and only one was completed on the second trip. We called and reported the second incomplete section. The second section was completed on a second return trip.

I would leave a better recommendation if they complete the job. The problem is a roof ridge vent that was installed over my Florida room, they didn’t open it up underneath. They didn’t cut out and remove a 2”-3” section of wood so that the attic heat can escape. Yesterday was the first real test for the roof being 90 degrees and sunny and the best my ac system could do was 82 degrees and that’s continuous running for most of the day. Not acceptable. Another remedy for this heat problem and I’ve mentioned it to Nick and the foreman is to cut a horizontal vent above the dinning room door wall that adjoins the Florida room, this would let out a lot of the attic heat.
