Very happy with new roof. Very happy with options given by salesperson. Not at all happy with poor communications with regards to actual scheduling and billing and unfilled promise of final inspection.

From the initial quote to the final inspection, we were impressed with how thorough Homemasters was. We were actually working with two offices - Matt, our Project Manager, is out of the Tigard office, and the work crew was scheduled out of the Ridgefield office.

Workers that installed my new roof were friendly and courteous, but they were seriously understaffed, so job took a couple days longer than expected. (Common problem for most contractors these days.) Upon completion, there were a few minor items that needed to be corrected, and the owner, Bill, made sure that they were all quickly taken care of to my satisfaction. He even made a trip to my house on the weekend to take care of a couple things himself. He is very responsive, a great communicator, and places a high priority on customer service. In the end, I received the best possible warranty, and my new roof looks awesome. I would not hesitate to use them again or refer someone else to them. Bill and Crystal were an absolute pleasure to deal with!
