There wasn't enough communication because the project was rushed. I didn't realize the contract had stated certain things because there wasn't a whole lot of time to go over it thoroughly.

I would not recommend Hip and Ridge Construction to anyone. Hip and Ridge Construction is not professional and does not stick to their word. They schedule appointments then change it and does not inform you of the changes made.

From an integrity standpoint, Hip and Ridge Construction did things right. I am not an expert on roofing but as I was watching them work it was obvious that they did not compromise integrity. They could have snuck something by mebut they took their time and they explained why they were doing what they were doing. Most companies don't provide that. They did a very good job of documenting things and explaining why they were using certain materials and how it would work.

Clean & Safe - I was really surprised at how clean they kept it. There were no nails or boards left behind. There are lots of kids that live nearby so we really appreciated how clean they kept the work site.
