The job ultimately is done and done well. I have experienced a few hiccups a long the way with two of the three jobs that I've hired them for but they have "made it right" before the job was completed.

Not the first project by Graves and certainly will not be the last!

Project was done very professionally. Excellent project management.

I got a whole new roof, but they had to come back 5 times (in 2 months) to do repairs because the roof was not done right. I just hope it's done right now and I don't have any more problems.

I really liked the sales person. I wasn't as crazy about the site project manager. And I was really disappointed that it wasn't an Oaks crew, that it was subcontracted out.

I was satisfies with everything they did, If I had to redo it I would definitely go with Graves.

They fell short by subcontracting the work out to a contractor that didn't know what they were doing. They didn't tarp the house adequately and it caused scratches on the home. There were nails on top of the hot tub cover, that I had to cover myself. Where they removed a tarp that had fallen off of the house, nails were all in the backyard where our pet is, and chicken bones that would hurt my dog were left on the ground. Also, I had to pick up a glass alcohol bottle beside the curb.

The crew worked extremely hard, but the tear off was very messy. The tarps the the material was supposed to slide down on were torn or improperly installed and a lot of material ended up on the decks, on the lawn and even leaving marks on the siding. Lots of nails, staples and other material were around the house after completion. We could see workers using the gutters for footholds. Graves Brothers arranged for some of the gutters to be replaced and the gutter installers were also very messy. Left a lot of large, easily visible material laying around. Left metal screws and other material on the driveway.Jeremiah was easy to communicate with and did come out with another person to go over the lawn with a powerful magnet and repair one of the gutters that was not replaced. I give him a 5!
