The project is not yet complete. We talked to Miguel about several things that needed to be done to complete the job, and he said his crew would do them. We paid the full contract amount to Miguel, assuming that he would complete the things that needed to be done. To date, they have not been done. If they had been done in a timely manner, I would change the response to Agree, but since they haven't been done, that affects my response. This survey is being completed by Mark Hermundstad.
