Cody was very honest and kept his word. He communicated well and delivered on his promises.

Our sales agent was fine but the crew was slow and left over 30 nails in and around my house one of which was run over by our lawnmower and punctured its tire. Then the gutter installation team left a big cardboard box of scrap aluminum and gutter pieces on my back deck that I have to find a way of getting rid of. The project manager for the roof was subpar and wasn’t on top of his team. Justin was great however. That’s the only reason I’m giving a two star instead of one.

I am likely to recommend them to a friend because they did great work, a really nice job, and the crew was amazing to watch. They knew what they were doing.

Salesman unfortunately was misleading on insurance coverage. The trim and weather proofing put in contract did not match and had to be redone. Job is complete but not sure I would recommend. I got the referral by word of mouth instead of going with a known roofer in the area. Transparency and getting things right the first time make a difference. Once you tell a customer what to expect and give the facts it should be set in stone. A salesman should know the insurance company before giving false information. Once you are the salesman don’t put another salesman in charge of the in person meeting. Very hard to talk to multiple people.

Goliath Roofing Inc was clean and professional. They are no immediate receipts for payments, therefore you have to wait for an email, but that is not a big deal.

We were told the price might increase by a few hundred dollars. The price actually increased by thousands. The job wasn't adequately finished, either. We still have leaks.

Project was completed in a timely manner and work crew cleaned up the worksite when they were done. The disruption to our lives while the work was going on was minimal. The crew were friendly and accommodating. So far, the roof seems to be holding.

The crew was professional and cleaned up nicely. Not a lot of debris was left behind. Matt, the project manager, was overworked and short two guys. The foreman was great, and the salesperson Zach was why I picked Goliath. I hit it off with him right away, and I had the companies come and give me estimates, and I did not like them.

Unfortunately while the sales folks that sold us the service quit the company and it was not smooth the transfer to the new sales folks. Nothing against the project manager he was amazing and did a great job, but just the diaconnect from the original guys was a bit painful.

I'm not a roofer but i don't like how mine looks it's not laying flat when i asked the foreman on the crew he said it takes two weeks the superintendent for goliath said two months it's been five months still looks the same
