I appreciate the owners, management, and seasoned crew members owning up to the mistakes and poor workmanship of the original installers. However, not all mistakes from initial install have been addressed. I am not sure why they had a crew on staff, who did not live up to the company values. As a result a 2-day job turned into few months and multiple visits, making for a stressful experience.

Scott Goldie with GoldHill was quite prompt, professional & reasonable to deal with. The job was completed on schedule. I was provided with some photos of the work & finished job as I couldn't be present. I can't comment on anything else as the shingles & skylights were installed less than 2 months ago. Hopefully, there won't be any issues over the winter & rainy months.
