Genesis got the work done faster than I expected and with minimal inconvenience to me. They are worth the money in terms of both quality and peace of mind.

Crew damaged plantings, dented a gutter and misplaced a bird bath. Some questions about flashing installation around chimney. When questioned, one particular genesis staff person immediately became defensive. Probably wouldn’t hire them again.

When it comes to projects for our homes, we have used Genesis each time. The times we didn't, we totally regretted it. When there is another need for work, they will be the first and probably only place we will call.

Genesis Exteriors replaced our roof at a fair price and in a timely manner. When I had some minor issues related to some siding that was damaged during the process, they responded appropriately to my satisfaction. I felt like I was treated professionally throughout the process, and the onsite crew was friendly and cleaned up after themselves.

Very professional job. Our new roof looks very nice and seems to be of high quality. Job was done on time and the crew was very pleasant. Some miscommunication between Genesis and their crew re: our satellite dish which was not to be replaced. However, when we noted the mistake, the crew took care of the issue right away. They also have a professional color consultant available (included in the price). It was very helpful to meet with her to be sure we were making good color decisions for such permanent choices. We also had shutters replaced. A different crew completed the shutter replacement job and they were also very pleasant and did excellent and timely work. We are very satisfied customers.

There were snags in the beginning but once resolved I was very happy with the jobs completion.

The roofing project was done well. The gutters are TERRIBLE! The window project is below average.

I would recommend Genesis roofing to my friends, they were excellent.

My experience with Genesis was terrible. I decided to try a local company instead of the more national company that I hired a few years ago after another hail storm. In retrospect, I should've just gone back to the national company instead. I was shocked with how many problems arose throughout the entire process (May-October!!) with Genesis, especially after experiencing how trouble-free the process was the last time with the other company.

We are real happy with how our house looks now that Genesis has re-roofed it. They explained all the available options and what to expect as the house got re-roofed. The crew obviously took a lot of pride in their work and did a great job, and left the place very clean and picked up. We also had new gutters put on and a fine job was done with those as well. Thanks Genesis!
