The roof is better than expected. Everything we hoped for was done and done well. The crew was very serious about -and proud of -their work. The solar vent and thermal underlayment have noticeably lowered the temperature in the attic. Wood rot issues were dealt with. Thank you!

From the very first phone call, Josh stood out~ extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He spent 30–40 minutes on the phone before we even met and over an hour on the first visit checking everything~ including the attic~ and answering all our questions and concerns. Josh patiently guided us every step of the way, reviewing options multiple times, and even introduced himself to our neighbors once the job started to ensure a 100% guaranteed clean-up, which we were extremely impressed with, especially since our homes are so close.

As general contractors, Josh and his skilled team gave us complete peace of mind, proactively identifying potential concerns or issues most roofers would miss. Josh secured the highest-quality roof replacement package, thankfully all covered by our insurance. They always showed up on time, never rushed, and went above and beyond~ even cleaning up throughout the process. Mike Rooff and construction manager Mike answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner and we never felt like they were ignoring us. If you are in need of a new roof or repair, then we highly recommend Galaxy Builders.

These folks do a great job and my roof looks wonderful! They took care of the unexpected surprises (double layers of old shingles and rotten boards underneath), covered the area with tarps to capture as much debris as possible, and cleaned up well after they were done. They even pulled magnets around the yard to collect any nails that had flown away when the old roof was being stripped off. I asked for a skylight to be added while they were installing the new roof and it has given me much pleasure watch the clouds while sitting in my kitchen. I would definitely recommend this company and especially the crew that Project Manager Mike supervised. They worked hard and I was very impressed with all seven of the men on the crew.

Galaxy Builders installed a new roof on my commercial building, they were prompt, kept me informed, the job site was kept exceptionally clean and organized which was important as my business was running and the parking lot had to be kept clear. They finished quickly and it looks great! Since they did such a good job i subsequently hired them to put in all new soffits on my building too and all new windows. I have recommended them to my insurance clients that need new roofs.
