Overall, I had a good experience with them. However, I had to handhold them quite a bit. I had to watch the materials as they came in and match what was contracted for. In fact, the underlayment I had to send back because they did not give me the premium that was quoted. I had to follow up with them for three months to get the warranty registered. They would have forgotten that, and I had to follow up with them. They damaged the gutter. They made it right, and I appreciate it. I would recommend anybody using them to make sure in the contract that you withhold at least $1,000 or $2,000 of the payment until the permit is clear. They wanted payment as soon as the work was substantially done.
I trusted their suggestions and in some cases, it saved me money.
