They did a great job on the roof but not a good job replacing the gutter guards. They were notified and said that they would make it right, but I haven't heard back from them since.

Lack of communication. Didn't show up when scheduled and no info to let me know. I had to ask for info and it didn't come quickly. Was originally told start time of 8:30, this crew was working before 7:30.

Overall, my roof and gutter installation process with Freedom roofing was great. From Sales through installation the roof was taken care of. I reached out to multiple people throughout the process and they were always willing to answer my questions and talk. We even had a couple of trees get damaged during installation and Freedom wrote me a check for the damages. They were professional and respectful. I had a great experience.

The team did a very thorough job cleaning up. They were working very well under high winds. They finished it in one day. I appreciated them!

Excellent experience all around, from the initial site visit by the CEO to final cleanup and quality control inspection. Site cleanup was phenomenal even in light of my old tar paper disintegrating into a million small pieces. The installation crew covered our bushes to keep them clean and did very minimal damage to my wife’s expansive flower beds. I have already recommended Freedom Roofing to friends.
