YES! They made is easy to have confidence in them. I would have no problem recommending Freedom Roofing!

Knowledge and hard work of both crews

The workers who performed the job were very sloppy. Leaving 2 lbs of nails (yes we weighed) so far that we’ve collected.

On top of that, they had a dog on the job (I have video), it regularly smelled like marijuana while they were working. We even found a bag of marijuana in the bush by where their ladder was.

Also, there were chicken bones left in our backyard. We have a dog, and these can kill him.

Also, we cleaned our gutters recently, and where the dumpster was, our gutters were broke and all scratched up where they were pushing the debris.

All of this makes me seriously question the integrity of the work.

Half a coffee can of nails, razor blades, staples left all over the gravel driveway and lawn around the house. Broke my antenna on my garage and left it hanging by the cable. Ended up having a leak, they came out and fixed it. Had a cracked cap shingle that they also replaced after I noticed it.

Zero issues

Lacking some individual craftmanship that old house require when they are updated. Was not happy with how sloppy things were done, the company did quickly come out and fix the roof but if we had to do it over we would pick a different company. Not a great experience.

They did an excellent job and very efficient. They cleaned up the area very well, no trash or nails left behind!

The whole process was amazing from start to finish. Everyone at freedom took great care of us and our home. Our roof looks awesome.

Able to do my roof in a day even with rain delays, were organized and neat in their work.

Crew did an excellent job with special attention to cleanup.

The work was completed on time and I am very satisfied with the workmanship. I would recommend Freedom Roofing for new roof installation to get the job done correctly and timely.

They were very fast, efficient and organized.

The communication was abhorrent. My one day job took weeks to complete. The only good thing was the price, but then again, you get what your pay for and the low price brought a terrible experience.

They seem to be too busy and taking on too much work to do a decent job.

I cannot count how many times I have called Freedom, Roofing, Windows and Siding LLC because they did not do the work correctly.

This company is veteran owned and operated, the final product of the roof was everything we expected and more. The roof looks beautiful, both on the house and the garage. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family who may need a roofing company. Of the few things that weren't perfect. They did what they could to resolve it. I.e some communication issues, and some scheduling issues.
I was surprised to find that a subcontracting roofing company put my roof on. The roof did look beautiful when it was finished and that is the final outcome that we were looking for..

They honor and treat our veterans like they should be.

Great workmanship.

They did a great job on the roof but not a good job replacing the gutter guards. They were notified and said that they would make it right, but I haven't heard back from them since.

They were very easy to deal with.

I think they did a professional job. I am satisfied with it.
