Chris and his mitigation crew were quick, efficient, and thorough throughout the process which is very important for water damage mitigation. They were very professional! Chris kept us informed about each step in the mitigation process, which was much appreciated! The restoration crew (Ambur, Saihnaa and Buuye) were also very professional and worked with us to ensure the materials were correct and to our satisfaction. They did a great job installing the tile, reinstalling the cabinets, painting the walls, and did an amazing job putting in the vinyl flooring. The approval and coordination time took a little longer than expected, but that is not a reflection on the actual service provided by the mitigation or the restoration crews.

The project manager was never on site. I had to manage/review the project. Large areas of the project weren't painted, then poorly painted. Ended up having to paint 3 times because of poor quality. Left an absolute mess of the space. When approached about it they stated that it was clean, even though there was visible dust and dirt all over the space. They repeatedly left home open when leaving the site, even when asked not to.

We had a leak in our roof. Our insurance sent them out the next day and they finished everything quickly. Highly recommend.
