Prior to the roof install, another business had installed two hot water tanks in the attic where the vents coming through the roof needed to be sealed. We called Alex and he had one of their experienced professionals come out and seal the vents within a few hours at no charge. This was a load off of our minds because thunderstorms were predicted for the following day.The communication with the company was excellent. Alex and the staff at Firehouse Roofing were responsive, courteous, and kept us informed at every stage of the project. I appreciated their transparency regarding timelines, costs, and any potential challenges that might arise.The work itself was executed flawlessly. Overall, it was a very good experience. We had some issues with the gutters, but Firehouse bent over backwards to resolve the issues to our satisfaction.
