From start to finish FRS Roofing was ideal to work with. Knowledge of the product was outstanding. I did some research and talked with others who have worked in the industry and all the points were addressed. I felt very confident that my money was well spent.

FRS is a very easy and pleasant company to work with as contractors. They have a people oriented staff who aim to please the client. The few "old house" glitches that came up were addressed rapidly and expertly. I would recommend them.

FRS was great. Rick F. initially came out and assessed my roof which he presented to me in a narrated video. Latter revealed roof problems I didn't know I had. I initially planned to just repair a roof area with a leak but ended up replacing the entire roof. Due to some personal commitments of mine and expected rainy weather for multiple days running, FRS sent out a team of several workers who installed my roof in one day! I chose the Harbor Blue tiles as they compliment my home's blue-gray siding color. One cannot go wrong with the 50 year Owens-Corning warranty. I now feel very secure. Would highly recommend this company for its excellent quality in all aspects-especially professionalism of employees, efficiency and quality of the product.

I am very happy with FRS Roofing. They really take time for the customer understand their options also they clearly explain each part of the product they are going to install. They use high quality products such as Owens Corning which I was previously familiar with. FRS Job manager visits after the work and makes sure that you are completely satisfied and there's no problems. During our walk through, he spotted some minor maladjustment that I myself missed and ordered some associates to come back and correct it.So overall, I highly recommend FRS Roofing.

FRS Roofing was knowledgeable and personable. I trusted their assessment of the state of my roof and the best course of action. They were not the absolute cheapest of the quotes we got, but I felt we were getting good value and there would not be unexpected costs along the way

I recommended one friend, but he paid less money, but he has a single-family house, and mine is a two-family house, and he charged less, I just recommended because the job is good, but price is bad. I think the company needs to work out the price. I don't know, people said it should be 20% or 30% less. It didn't happen for me. There are a lot of companies that I called. I send a letter, but no one came over. I see some materials, and what I had before was not good. Except for the price, I am very happy. I would say be careful with the price, it depends on what they look for. I am financing for one year and paid $5,000 down, so I have $15,000 to go. The problem is, if I can't pay it off, I have to pay interest. I tell my friends you have to be careful with the company because the price is too high.

They were very professional and responsive. The work was very well done.

Company was EXTREMELY professional, easy to communicate with, was willing to do a small job. I recommend them with no reservations.

Unbelievable!

1. they left some trash, 2. they did not match existing roof as well as they could have - or did not warn me that it would be so obvious

The positive: Throughout the project the FRS crew was polite, neat, and accommodated our schedule. The replacement roof and gutters look nice and solid. We are completely satisfied with final product.
The negative: The work lasted longer than stated in the contract (4 long days versus the stated 2 days). No explanation was provided.

FRS Roofing and Gutters is a wonderful company. They are clean, efficient, and showed up on time. The workers were great.

FRS installed a beautiful new architectural asphalt shingle roof after our slate roof gave out. There was a small issue with a portion of rubber roof that wasn't quite right. FRS and Moacir were very responsive to the problem and made it right. To me how a company handles problems is the true test of a quality organization and FRS does a great job with both installation and job management. We hired FRS again recently for a rubber roof on our garage and it came out great!!
