Did a good job.

I would recommend Exterior Home Solutions to a friend. The company completed the job on time even though the men had to stay a little later on two evenings. They removed all the old roof down to the original plywood. This activity allowed them to determine if any plywood needed to be repaced and if there were any problems that needed to be addressed.

No communication. Tried to overcharge (which was fixed) Took MUCH longer than stated

Everyone was personable, and did a great job! The started the job 1 day ahead of schedule because of inclimate weather coming in, and finished the roof just in time!

General clean up wasn't great, also the flashing over the storage shed (attached to the house) doesn't look new. It's pretty bent up.

I asked Ralph Marlow to leave the Exterior Home Solutions on our front lawn for 2 to 3 weeks

The gutter guards were incorrectly installed, I am glad that I checked them out- it was a terrible job!! They came out a second time to reinstall them “correctly”. However, there were still issues!!! Issues include; guards not secure,guards sloping towards house, open sections for debris to fall into. I reported the issue, and I was informed that someone would come out on an agreed day, but no one turned up. A wasted vacation day too!’

I contacted exterior home solutions in early November about a buckling shingle and included a photo. Since then, I’ve sent two emails and left two voicemails without receiving any response. I understand you guys busy, but not hearing back after four attempts is disappointing.
