Escalante Enterprises
In 1983, we started Escalante Roofing. We coordinated our small crew from the backyard, while the kitchen counter served as our admin office. Our determination and commitment to doing the job right helped us gain customers and grow the business. Over 35 years later, we’re still a family operation. We continue to take an active role in each project, monitoring jobs and managing the bookkeeping. Our three children grew up helping out around the office, which we eventually moved out of the house, and they now work for us full time. Johnny manages the marketing and sales, Christian meets with new customers to inspect damage and provide quotes and Jessica manages the projects from scheduling to final billing. We’re proud of the work we do and the reputation we’ve built over the last three decades. Escalante Roofing is a preferred contractor by most insurance providers and a trusted contractor of countless El Paso homeowners.

I also liked that the men worked together well, they spoke to each other nicely, and they were a happy crew. I could tell that they were satisfied with their job. Some people don't like their work and they will grumble about it, but these people seemed to enjoy their work. They worked well with each other and they were happy with their work. To me, if someone is happy with their work then they are going to do a good job.
