The water mitigation team was great. They showed up and did their job. They were in and out, and very efficient on what they were doing. Furthermore, they took care of everything they were supposed to, and they used their dehumidifiers. I can't say anything good about the rest of their work yet.

Ralph and his team were great. The two guys that came out and did the reconstruction were awesome very polite and went over and above to make sure everything was done properly.

I just was very dissatisfied with the quality of service. It took around 7 to 8 months tor them to finally resolve the issues. It wasn't fully resolved to my satisfaction. The quality of the replacement door was not to my standards.

These folks were great from start to finish. Water pipe broke. They clean on water damage, dried the rooms, Removed all walls ceiling and flooring that damaged, Then repaired it all. They put up a plastic room around work area, made sure everything was done in a clean manner. Answer every question and explained every step. Best of all, start to finish was less then 3 weeks. A+ company!

Plain and simple, they were on time, they completed the work with minimal disruption and picked up the equipment when they said they would. You get what you expect, which is actually quite surprising in today's environment.

Envy Restoration came in an accessed the water damage professionally. Envy access my furniture and items I had not thought were damaged they showed me how the water had damaged the items. Particular, the artificial wood items and how the water had damaged them. I am very grateful to have had this company come in an access the water damage to my furniture and things.
