Over the last several years EHS has done several projects for me. New roof on private and investment properties. I always rely on them. They do a great job At reasonable prices. I appreciate their quality workmanship
They were professional and were able to replace my roof within a timely manner.
Roof replacement is not something that one expects on a nine year old home and as much there is little to compare with. However, as relates to other company contacts, Emerson was far and away much more professional. From our first contact with your representative Chris Lanphear to the completion of project lead by Peter, we could not hope for better service.
Very professional in every phase of the job. I have already told several friends and family to use Emerson Home Services.
The person who came out to talk to me was more of a fast-talker to get business. Instead of talking to me to see what we wanted.
I would highly recommend this company! Justin was an exceptional representative, who went out of his way to answer my questions and to respond quickly to my calls with honesty and suggestions for solutions. The job was done in one day with knowledgeable workers, who cleaned up completely. The roof looks spectacular!
Sales representative, Chris, was the best ever on communicating with the insurance company on damaged roof
They did an excellent job. I was very happy with what they did.
Everything was done on time and well.
EMERSON HOME SERVICES IS AMAZING 👏
Emerson Home Services met with me and the insurance adjuster and did what they said they were gonna do. Also, I was happy to see no hidden charges.
Emerson put a roof on our house in Feb 2017. A year later, Owens Corning inspected it. We had to figure out through tireless sleuthing that our new roof had no drip edge and the underlayment should have been 19 inches (for the slope of our roof), but instead it was 2 inches. Owens Corning made some kind of "one-time exception" to Emerson (as we learned from an email from OC to Emerson--although I was copied on it, I'd never seen it). Instead of fixing the problem, we were told, both by Allen at Emerson and Amada Sattig at OC, various lies about why we had to give up our Preferred Warranty for a Standard Warranty (this was their fix for our roof--don't fix the roof--just make the poor workmanship that left our roof unsafe and not-to-code an [invalid] reason to make us accept a lesser warranty (of course, they were going to give us a big check for $600+ to make up for the difference--even though that was probably more than we paid for it. (What a hook.) My husband and I were losing sleep over this debacle. We hope to sell the house in a few years when he retires. We would not have been able to sell our house, without first getting a new roof. Thankfully, my husband is smart, and when I gleefully texted him that Emerson was coming to give us a check for $600+ and have me sign some paperwork for a new warranty, he told me not to sign anything and not to take the check. I kept a log of the ordeal we went through. In the end, to Emerson's credit, we got a new roof, with drip edge, gratis. And we got to keep our preferred warranty. I have sent emails and talked to people at OC--to no avail.
They were very good, professional and I really liked the work they did.
I was very lucky to have James Leech as the foreman for my roof job, very friendly and kept to his word.
I was very impressed with the help. Casper was wonderful. I am very satisfied!
I had a great experience with everything. They did everything they said they would do and more. Allen was an incredible employee. I had 4 estimates from other companies, but they did impress me.
These guys were the exception to the norm! Excellent people to deal with, I would use them again without calling any other contractors.
I would absolutely recommend them. They were the third company I tried to get out to my house to get a quote and they were very satisfactory. I was completely thrilled.
