We are a family-owned & operated company, based in National City. In business since 2007, we work across all of San Diego County. We specialize in all types of roofing, from leak repairs to new roofs. As the saying goes, there is no place like home. Elite Roof Services were amazing. They were on time, quick, efficient, polite, and professional. They communicated every step of the way. Likewise, they cleaned up at the property afterwards.

Elite Roof Services, basically, said that they wanted to follow up with us regarding fixing some items on the roof or clamp-on certain things. On the last day, when the roof was complete, something came off of the roof unexpectedly. It was a QA. They showed us what sites they found but we haven't heard back from Elite Roof Services. Feedback and communication from them as far as if the roof is done is definitely necessary and I have not heard back. As far as the Owens Corning material, I understand Elite Roof Services mentioned that they are a great company, however, I wished that they would provide an 800 number so that I could contact them as well as speak to someone that's accessible to answer any questions for product warranties or any other question I may have regarding my roof.

Elite certainly lives up to its name.I actually had to work with them from 2000 miles away meaning trust is everything. They are a company with outstanding integrity, awesome communication and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anyone...the entire staff are All-Stars!!!!!!

The sales representative that I had, John, was outstanding. He was very professional and communicated very well. Every time I had questions he was easy to get a hold of. He was very flexible. If I had any questions he got me an answer in a timely and responsive manner. He alone made the experience working with them that much better.

Elite roof services was excellent for nearly all of my experience. They stumbled at the finish line requesting final payment before the job was 100% complete. But the overall experience was good.
