The Elite Exteriors crew did a phenomenal job on our siding. They were professional and courteous, and respectful of our property. Upon completion they cleaned up the area around our home. My husband and I are very happy with the results.
From start to finish Elite Exteriors came through strong. We had the roof, siding, soffits & gutters replaced. All of the crews did an outstanding job and were very friendly answering questions along the way.
Have use Elite for three projects - all well done
Elite Exteriors' price was very competitive and one of the lowest quotes I received. But their work was top-notch notch from great customer service to perfect project finish. Ryan was patient and pleasant to work with and Jeremie, Phillipe, Matthew, and Junior are wonderful at what they do and they finish the whole siding, soffit, and facia work in 4 days. We had severe water damage in the chimney and we needed to new plywood for the whole chimney and change some 2 by 4 too. And changed the plywood in a few other places installed a metal barrier in a few places closer to the fountain to avoid any water damage and added extra heavy board. They cleaned up well after the project's completion. I highly recommend Elite Exteriors for quality work and great prices. Will work with them for any future projects too.
My wife has already done so with a neighbor and I still have their sign in my yard.
The crew worked hard and quickly to finish the project on time as promised. No unexplained delays nor were there any issues I raised that were not managed almost immediately, which is unlike stories I've heard about other contractors. The team was serious about earning our complete satisfaction.
I was very happy with the project performed by Elite Exteriors. The sales team and project crew were outstanding.
Anyone looking to update their home's exterior should contact Elite for a quote. They knocked it out of the park with our home and we are incredibly satisfied with the installation. The price was very competitive and the quality was outstanding.
The house looks amazing!
Elite Exteriors LLC provided multiple solutions to a large project at our primary residence. The project included a new roof, new siding, removal of a door and stairs, removal and replacement of a front porch, and gutters/guards. We were also having solar put up by a separate vendor. We approached Elite because of their full suite of capabilities for this project. Our initial interactions were good with recommendations and patience from the primary contact. Elite negotiated a payment solution and reasonable pricing for the entire project allowing us to take on the full project immediately. We were communicated a start date a few weeks later.
A week before the communicated start date I received a call from my spouse that people were all over our property starting work and tons of material was being provided. After trying to get a hold of Elite for 45-60 minutes I finally made contact to learn that they messed up the dates and everything was starting a week earlier. There really wasn't anything beyond that leaving us to feel as though "it is what it is" and we just had to go with it. We had not planned for this causing me to need to return home from work and quickly figure out what the timeline was and revised gameplan.
The roofers were quick and clean tarping appropriately on the property. They worked until later than I was expecting but they finished the roof in a day which was amazing and even recognized by multiple neighbors. The crew did a good job of cleaning up after themselves during the day and at the end of their day.
The siding crew worked next but were far less clean prompting me to walk around our property with a headlamp later in the evening trying to clean up debris which would be dangerous to myself, family, and puppy, let alone anyone walking down the sidewalk. I approached the main individual who I was told to communicate to the next day and saw an improvement on cleanliness but still no tarping and daily I still picked up dangerous debris. I am still picking up dangerous debris two weeks later. I never met the project manager assigned until a walkthrough was being conducted, although he was responsive via text. I or my spouse worked from home every day as we had a new puppy that needed to be brought outside often. I did not see the project manager during this time and I am not sure when or if they were onsite. The siding crew worked quickly but I fear that speed resulted in damage to our property. The frame on several windows were severely cracked or broken. When this was identified to Elite the immediate response was there wasn't much they could do. In the end they attempted a fix which is noticeable and we are hoping doesn't lead to any sort of leaking or other issues. Damage was also done to screens, landscaping, and a gas grill. The screens and grill could have been moved by us upon request with adequate timing on communication but with the project starting one week earlier we had no time to move anything before the project began. Most of the screens were repaired other than two and the gas grill appears to have been repaired. The siding material looks great and generally speaking was put up well by the crew.
Next up were gutters. When we originally engaged Elite we were told one of the benefits is that they have their own teams staffed vs. sub-contractors. This turns out to not be entirely accurate as the gutters were outsourced to a sub-contractor located 60+ miles away. The gutter crew did work quickly, but actually replaced one gutter run incorrectly. This was identified by me thankfully before they left considering their location. This caused them rework and per conversation with this crew they indicated they did as instructed by Elite.
Finally, the front porch had older wooden boards removed and replaced with new composite boards and railing. We were told materials were being delivered on a specific date which did not happen. The material was delivered the day after. The contract was written with a specific type of railing, however, on day one of this aspect of the project we noticed the railing did not appear correct. I flagged this to Elite immediately and were told that no one installs the type of railing we chose on their front porch and a different type was ordered and installed. This change was made without any communication to us. In the end we left it as is partly because we didn't want to deal with starting over. The other issue with the porch is how the risers were completed. The original risers were not removed and the deck boards simply placed on top of the existing infrastructure. The concern with the riser was noted after day one via email but was never acknowledged by Elite. A new riser solution was placed directly over the existing risers. This caused multiple issues. First, it left the deck in a different style than it was previously and was not what we were expecting. Second, the choice of the material was not as expected by us and not what we wanted. Again, this change was made unilaterally with consulting us. Elite was open to how to address this however, it caused rework and a final design that was still not what we wanted. The other fixes would have resulted in a complete redo of the entire deck.
Lastly, we had walkthrough items. Several items we had to communicate multiple times before they were addressed and in two instances we just told Elite we would take care of it and deduct the cost from the overall project. The costs on these final items are not material but should have been addressed. I as a homeowner shouldn't have to deal with these issues nor should I have to point them out repeatedly. We identified them the last time via text to the project manager which appeared to be the preferred communication method but received no response, which is ultimately what prompted an email directly to Elite stating we will just take care of it.
Elite provides a well rounded offer of services which met our needs. The pricing and payment structure provided was flexible and met our needs as well. The early communication and suggestions of the materials chosen was helpful. Once the project was signed however things began to breakdown communication-wise. To be off one full week for start is a bad way to begin and communication never really recovered properly with design changes without our consultation happening and repeatedly needing to bring up issues. It ultimately left a poor experience that tainted the overall impression of Elite in the end.
Very accommodating company. Ryan and Rudy were easy to work with and the outcome looks great. The worst part of hiring a contractor is having to worry if they need to come back and fix something. Super minor issue but they were back asap to fix a 5 minute fix problem when requested to do so. Just a "yes sir we'll get it done this week" and true to their word.it was done.
I have recommended Elite Exteriors to many people already!
Great quality for the cost. Good value.
I had three companies come and take a look at our old siding and listen to what I wanted. Ryan came from Elite Exteriors, and was the second of the three people who came out. Before I even had all the quotes I had pretty much decided Elite was going to get our business, as Ryan gave me a lot more information and brought up issues that I had not thought about. Surprisingly, the quote from Elite was the lowest, which was a pleasant surprise! We went with the James Hardie cement product. Work started in about two weeks, and the entire process was seamless. Jeremie was the foreman we worked with, and was quick to answer any questions we had along the way. The crew was excellent, working solidly and efficiently six days/week. They sure knew what they were doing, so some excellent training must be used upon hiring! They also cleaned up every evening before leaving. My husband wanted a small change after the job was done, and the crew was over the next day to make sure it happened. If we ever needed a siding job again, we'd call Elite in a heartbeat, but since we have a 30 year warranty that won't be needed! Highly recommend!!!
Mostly satisfied with the job completed
They are a great contractor to work with.
Elite did a great job in a timely manner. Any follow up issues were immediately addressed.
They were fast, courteous, and responsive to my needs. They were great and answered all my questions.
Elite Exterior's is a preferred James Hardie contractor that was important to us,resulting in a 30 year warrante to our project. Ryan's crew did several additional request by us that he kindly did not charge us for additionally. He also personally called to make sure we were happy. We also received comments from our neighbors on how nice the house looked after completion.
Elite was very competitive and were great people to work with. The quality of the job was excellent! I would definitely recommend them!
