THey did not place the roofing material over my back door overhang. It was left unfinished and i called but didn't get a call back, I am very disappointed.

Efficient Energy Solutions We responded to Kathy Robinson as
soon as it was brought to my attention.
The door cover in question did not appear to be part of the roof project, it was separate from the roof and was much lower on the side of the house approx 6' down from the cable end of the roof. The area in question was about 3' x 3' The installers did
think it was part of the roof.
As soon as the Homeowner brought
the issue to my attention we gladly did the additional work. There were no additional charges and I apologized for
the misunderstanding to the Homeowner.
