I think that they forgot. They responded right away before the installation, but now they are not responding.

I saw them intentionally redo parts of the job (without being asked) because something might not have been quite right. We had a small chip in a tile where a hammer fell and they repaired that with zero complaint the very same day. When our gutter job was actually less expensive than quoted, they reached out to me to let me know. A truly great experience.

The communication with Mr. Duffield was awesome. He called me back right away when I called him. The crew did a great job. The roof looks excellent. I couldn't have asked for a better job. The price was awesome. They were 12% lower than the other companies I got a quote from. I didn't have to play any games with them. Mr. Duffield came out and answered all of my questions.

We contacted 4 roofing companies for estimates and Duffield was not only the most reasonable but they were the easiest to communicate with. Questions were answered promptly and they went beyond my expectations for daily cleaning of the site to accommodate our animal needs.

We have a large roof with lots of angles, but the crew was able to install our roof in half the time it's taken other contractors in our neighborhood. They were incredibly hard working and put in long days to get the job done. It was nice to have everything complete including removal of the dumpster in 3 days.
