Very responsive in answering my many questions. Kept me in the loop. I especially liked the portal with pics since I was unable to go on roof and see myself.

I was a bit disappointed with the level of contact I had with the project manager once my project began. Otherwise the team did good work to finish the roof to my satisfaction.

We were disappointed in the clean up particularly in the area of the driveway. We found over 25 nails on and adjacent to the driveway. It seemed the nails were blown to the edges of the driveway and then left there. We were very satisfied with the product, installation and timeliness.

Initial consultation is good and customer support is good. The installation process fell short of expectations as there are still a few raised shingles on my roof after the installation crew came out a 2nd time to fix issues from the initial installation.
