The crew was fantastic. They did a great job, and let us know what was going on. The owner, Fred, was in contact with us. We ran into one small, minor problem. He contacted us to let us know what to do, and took care of it, with no issues. I would definitely recommend them.

I hate giving a review such as this... We thought we had a good experience with Deck Creator but from the first day of rain after our install we had an issue with our Rain Escape Dry Deck system leaking, as well as the gutter. And after 2 attempts at fixing it, they have now simply ghosted and ignored our calls and emails. We have tried many times to reach them with zero replies for the last 6-7 months. This all after multiple emails from Deck Creator telling us they will definitely take care of the issue. Sadly, we cannot recommend this company.
