DWM initially serviced our home years ago when shingles were missing and addressed small leaks. They were our first thought when it was time for a full roof replacement. This entire roof replacement process was smooth from beginning to end. It was very reassuring to work with professionals throughout the entire process (sales,front office, and installation). This is a very experienced and well-run company.

Good communication throughout the project.

We just had our pool, patio, and pergola put in 8 months prior and were worried about any of those being damaged. DWM Roofing went out of their way to ensure there was no damage to any of those and they did a phenomenal job of cleaning up after. Brandon is very knowledgeable and receptive to all questions asked. He also is honest and not just trying to make a buck. Our roof was 24 years old and he was perfectly willing to periodically replace loose shingles as the roof was not failing yet. It was our decision to finally bite the bullet and go for a new roof.

Contrast that with the weekly knock on the door from sales people from other companies trying to scare us by claiming we probably have leaks and they can get the insurance to pay for it because of some storm when you can see from the shingle tabs that come off that they were just worn out.

I trust DWM Roofing. I don’t trust those other companies. If they’re willing to scam the insurance company, they’re willing to scam you.
